Great question! If you are someone new to having readings done, I would choose the Soul Reading. This one is great to have done if you have any specific questions or are looking for a ‘soul check in’, or if you are curious about who you are at a soul level.
If you are looking for a ‘deep dive’into your soul parts, chakras, past lives and healings, I would choose the more in depth reading. In this reading, I will performa full chakra scan, heal and activate as I go, I will also visit your akashic records (place of past lives, soul contracts, purpose and lessons) and see what Spirit brings forth for you.

I like to say quarterly. Every 3-4 months is a nice time frame to have a reading done. Life changes so much and so can our energy. If you need support in between the readings, I do offer coaching services.

Yes! I have found that although we can do the work and healings and clearings in th spiritual realm, it is in our physical life where we need to keep up with it all. I like to use the analogy of going to the gym and having a trainer; they can give you a plan and get you set up for success, but if we don’t do the daily work, we will not feel all the results.
